Returns are accepted for any reason for unopened and unused bottles only within 30 days of your receipt of the bottle.

If you would like to return your bottle, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. You’ll be refunded upon receipt of your bottle.

This return policy applies only if you bought your QURE® Water bottle through our website. If you bought your QURE® water bottle at a retail store and would like to return or exchange it, please contact that store directly.

QURE® will cover the shipping fees for the return of any item presenting a quality issue.
